An Ayurvedic massage with Jaden is a complete experience, working on many levels. His attentiveness to the body, his knowledge of its needs, and his desire to understand the needs of the client all work together to create a deeply nourishing experience. Some of the sequences of massage felt so "right" to my body, it was as if their needs were being seen and met in a certain way for the first time. When the massage ended, I felt as though every area of my body had been fully worked on, and lovingly nurtured.
I contacted Jaden around a month ago and from the very first interaction I knew that I was in good hands. I was immediately impressed by Jaden's quick response and professional yet friendly approach. His attention to detail during my consultation was second to none followed by a relaxed yet very professional and informative face to face meeting. One month on and I can honestly say that I feel like a new woman. Having implemented a few simple changes to my daily routine and eating patterns I am already reaping the rewards. Mainly :- A persistent chesty cough I had for many months has disappeared. Sore spots on my back and arms have cleared up. My sleep is much better and I no longer wake up during the night feeling as though my whole body is on fire. Further more I am no longer aching and creaking like an old woman when getting out of bed. I feel as though all the inflammation in my body has gone completely. My digestion is much improved. I have my energy and enthusiasm for life back. I had a massage with Jaden yesterday. I’ve also had many different massages over the years, this by far was the best. Jaden is so welcoming & down to earth & puts you at ease very quickly.
